Products What do my purchases come with? Each handcrafted piece of Lolita Pop jewellery comes with its very own box and Adoption Certificate bearing the owner's name and serial number. Lolita Pop sunglasses each comes in a luxurious pouch, unless explicitly specified otherwise. Can I customize my order? We are not offering this service at the present moment, but we are working towards giving customers an option to do so in the near future. Orders How do I place an order? You can submit your order using the order form on the Orders page. Should you have any problems submitting the form or placing an order, just send us an email at orders@lolita-pop.com describing the problem. What should I do after I place an order? Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirmation with your order number and an invoice. The invoice will contain information on the total cost of your order (including postage) and payment advice. I would like to change my order. What do I do? Send us an email to inform us of the changes you would like to make. If we have not mailed you the items, we will be glad to accommodate changes within our means. How long will it take for my order to be processed? Given that every single piece of jewellery is put together in a laborious process, do give us about 7-14 days to process your order. However, if there are too many orders, the order might take longer. If you need it urgently, do send us an email at orders@lolita-pop.com. Shipping? Where are you shipping the items from? From Singapore - this is where we are located. What types of shipping do you offer?
Source: Singapore Post Ltd What happens if my package gets lost in the mail? We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely. However, we will not be liable for any orders that get lost during shipping. We suggest that you select the "Registered Mail" option so that orders can be tracked. Registered Mail costs S$2.24 for local delivery and S$2.20 for international delivery (this works out to approximately US$1.50). Note that Registered Mail takes another 2 days to be processed because the order is being tracked. Payment What forms of payment do you accept? Currently, we accept both bank transfers (for local customers) and PayPal. However, if you are unable to make payment through either mode, do send us an email at lolita@lolita-pop.com and we will try to see what other arrangements can be made. How do I make payment? If you have selected the option to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be emailed to you with the total amount payable and the bank account number which you can transfer the money to. If you have decided to pay by PayPal, an email invoice will be sent to you using the PayPal Email Payments function. Just follow the instructions in the email to make payment via PayPal. Please ensure that you have a PayPal account before selecting this option. Return Policy What is Lolita Pop's return policy? Products can be returned within one week upon customer's receipt of the order. However, no cash will be refunded. Instead, customers will receive store credit and can choose from another of our products. All shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer. What if my order arrives damaged? At Lolita Pop, we take utmost care in ensuring that our products are packed securely and protected as much as possible during the shipping process. However, in the event that the product is damaged during the shipping process, drop us an email at orders@lolita-pop.com and send the product back to us. We will give you a one-for-one exchange of the exact same product. Please note that we only offer one such exchange per order (that is, you cannot send the replaced product back in exchange for a second replacement). Do you offer cash refunds? No. We do not. All refunds will be charged to your store credit. Technical Infomation Lolita Pop is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6.0+ or Firefox 1.0+ at a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
